In the email form below, please detail what you are looking for with your project alongside any additional information. After contact, we will look to set up a briefing where we will look to collaborate on an initial concept for your project. Once you have chosen which service plan you would like to go with based on your needs, we will send over a detailed invoice laying out what we have initially discussed, this invoice will act as a “deposit” payment of 50% of the fee you decided to proceed with. When we have received that payment, we will begin production. 

Throughout the process, we will give you an estimated time of completion. If you have a specific deadline, please inform us and we can proceed accordingly. When we have finalised the project, we will present you with the design, detailing the direction and context we took. When applicable (see service plan), you can request a revision to make refinements based on your feedback. Once you are satisfied with the result, we will then explain how to utilise your design through a brand guideline document and issue an invoice for the remaining payment.

We offer Priority services on our Basic and Standard Tiers. This means that if you require a project to be completed on short notice, then we will look to place your brief on our priority list and aim to complete it following the briefing. Please note, you would need to give us enough time to fulfil your request and email us in the morning between the hours of 9am to 11am in order for us to have your project done as soon as possible. Anything sent to us later than this given time will have an additional 24 hours delay. If on the chance we are unable to complete your project within the given time frame, then we will inform you on the current circumstance and give a new estimated deadline.
